This call for artist portfolios is part of a pilot program between Surf Point in York, ME and New Art Dealers Alliance in NYC, aiming to bring greater visibility to the region's artists, promote collaborative cultural exchange, and support the larger arts ecosystems that artists and gallerists operate within.

150 applicants will have their portfolios reviewed by Lauren Marinaro of Marinaro Gallery (NYC), Alex Nazari of Gattopardo (LA), and Nicoletta Pollara of Night Gallery (LA), the inaugural 2025 Gallerists-in-Residence at Surf Point. A total of 9 applicants will be selected to receive studio visits from the visiting gallerists.  All applicants may also opt to have their portfolios remain viewable to additional gallerists & visiting arts professionals associated with Surf Point.
